Data Hub Release Notes
📅 Week of Feb 27th, 2026
🚀 What’s New?
- Create new Comparables Report - we’ve simplified the journey to create a new PDF comparables report. In addition to creating new reports from the ‘Add to report’ action on comparables search results, you can now create empty reports directly from the Reports page.

Now you can filter by 20ft2 intervals making it easier to get the results you want. If this is still too high please leave feedback.
💬 We’d love your feedback

🚀 What’s New?
- Introducing Data Hub Comparables reports - you can now create PDF comparable reports in Data Hub. Start with a regular search and identify properties you’d like to include in a report. You can add one or more properties to the report by selecting them in the Comparables table view and clicking ‘Add to report’, or by viewing the property on the map and clicking ‘Add to report’. From there simply select an existing report, or create a new report. You can view existing reports from the top navigation ‘Reports’ link, where you can preview report property data, sort the properties, and export to a PDF. This is the first version of the report so we want to hear your feedback to know how we can enhance it.

Inside you’ll see additional information about the property, including Google Street view image for all properties and transaction history data.
